Beacon Administrators can now export a list of users and their connected students. Navigate to Settings, User Management, and click on the down arrow. This will reveal the Export section of the page.
From there, click on a file to download or click “New Export” to create a file.
The CSV file will contain a list of all Peer Advisors, Advisors, Generalists, Executives, and Administrators who have connections. Any users without connections will not appear in the file.
Note: Filters on the User Management page will not impact the Export. The Export will always generate a list of all users who have connections.
If a user is connected to multiple students, they will appear on multiple rows.
