When academic information is loaded into Beacon it is displayed on the student's report page to users holding the role of Advisor, Generalist, Executive, or Administrator via the "Academics" tab. Peer advisors and students themselves cannot view this academic information.

Academic Profile
The data listed in the academic profile area is populated using the Core Data Demographics file.
Grades & Absences
The enrollment information is populated using the Core Data Enrollment file as well as the manage academic record file. Displayed are the sections that the student is enrolled in along with who the instructor is, the number of excused and unexcused absences as well as a check-in grade
